Guided by Conan himself, participants will explore playful techniques and expressive styles inspired by his unique blend of color, emotion, and imagination. No experience needed — just curiosity and a love for art! All materials will be provided. Spaces are limited, so register early to join this inspiring Saturday afternoon of creativity.
About the Artist:

Born in Saint-Brieuc, France in 1947, Hervé Conan is a painter and sculptor whose work explores the relationship between form, space, and perception. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Rennes, he trained under the esteemed sculptor Francis Pellerin before establishing his career as an art teacher in Nantes. He now lives and works in Touraine, France. Conan’s artistic practice spans multiple media—charcoal, watercolour, and pastel for his paintings; bronze and crystal for his sculptures. Rooted in close observation of the natural and organic world, his art invites viewers to look beyond the surface, engaging with a more abstract, emotional interpretation of reality. His work has been exhibited widely across France, and D’un monde à l’autre marks his first international showcase.
