The Corset Exhibition at Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur is a special showcase created by students from ESMOD Kuala Lumpur – The One Academy. It highlights the fusion of traditional French corsetry techniques with Malaysian cultural elements. The exhibition features around 10 beautifully crafted pieces displayed on mannequins, including a reproduction of a 17th-century corset and pannier. 

Each piece showcases intricate songket weaving, batik patterns, and the timeless hourglass silhouette. Inspired by local fauna, flora, and tribal legacies, these designs pay tribute to tradition while embracing modernity and sensuality.
